Noah Brecker-Redd is an associate in Constantine Cannon’s New York Office, where he concentrates his practice on antitrust litigation and counseling, as well as complex commercial litigation. Noah also represents whistleblowers in qui tam lawsuits brought under the Federal and various state False Claims Acts, as well as claims made under the whistleblower programs of the Internal Revenue Service, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and Department of Transportation’s whistleblower programs.
Noah graduated from Fordham University’s School of Law in 2021 where he was an Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award recipient. As a law student, Noah was a Fordham Moot Court competitor and a member of Black Law Students Association and Environmental Law Advocates. Noah currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law.
Prior to law school, Noah worked at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as a Case Intake Manager, then as a paralegal, and as a Marketing Campaign Designer for Alacra, Inc. Noah graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University in 2013 as a Brothers for Excellence Scholar with a double-major in Philosophy and Psychology.
