Her pre-trial statements disqualify her.

And she has a preexisting relationship with the monitor – who happens to be so incompetent he has to hire another lawyer who actually is competent to monitor antitrust cases. Hiring the monitor is simply incompetent of the judge.

That this monitor is also roving well beyond his purview is inexcusable as well.
